Valli, 28 years, is one of the Scavenging mine owner in Neyveli. She employs both men and women and works herself in the mine. She started this work when both NLC and her husband deserted her. She enters this dangerous mine site everyday to feed herself and her children. She proclaims that its good to die once while on work than to die daily starving for food.
